Postnord pick-up point

Your order will be delivered to a Postnord delivery pick-up point near the address stated by you at checkout. Delivery notifications will be sent via e-mail or text message when your order is ready for pick-up.

Important information

As soon as your order is shipped we will notify you and you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail or text message with your tracking number so that you can trace your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account eventual delays caused by payment authorisation, and/or stock availability, and/or complications attached to the operations of the delivery firm.

Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to Sofia Mehrotra. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

You are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. Returns are free of charge with Sofia Mehrotra’s recommended return services only (see below).

For Sofia Mehrotra to accept returns, the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals and tags intact. This does not apply if items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Returning the item is free of charge using our return label. Please contact us at shop@sofiamehrotra.com if you would like to make a return, and we will send you a pre-paid return label by e-mail. Please note that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until the items reach us. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure that your parcel is returned with an insured and traceable shipment method and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. If the customer decides to return the product via a different service than the one provided by Sofia Mehrotra, the customer will have to pay for the return themselves. Sofia Mehrotra will repay the price of the returned item as soon as possible. The latest this will be done is within 14 days from the date the item was returned and received by Sofia Mehrotra. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Sofia Mehrotra cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the webshop. If you want to purchase a different item or colour please return the purchased item and place a new order in the webshop.

Returning your purchase

Please contact us at shop@sofiamehrotra.com if you would like to make a return and we will send you a pre-paid return label by email. Place the item(s) in the original Sofia Mehrotra box. Place the Sofia Mehrotra box in the original shipping box or any other freight bag and tape it securely.Place the return-shipping label sent to you via e-mail by us over the prior delivery information. Leave your parcel at your nearest Postnord service point. Returns are free of charge when returned with our pre-paid return label within 14 days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return from the day that we have received the item.

Sofia Mehrotra ensures that all products are checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. If you would find that despite our quality checks your item should be damaged or defective please contact us immediately at shop@sofiamehrotra.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive a new item, or a full refund for the item including shipping costs (if paid by the customer) if the item is faulty due to production. If there would be no new one of the same item, we will refund you with the original amount paid for the damaged product (and return costs if paid by the customer), if the damaged product cannot be repaired.

Sofia Mehrotra insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

Sofia Mehrotra is entitled to charge the customer a fee if the package is not retrieved.
